Diese kompakte 1-Zimmer Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoß der Kurpark-Residenz, Haus Paradiesgarten, ist ausgestattet mit einer kompakten Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten, einem Essbereich, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Dusch-Bad, einem 180 x 200 großen Bett (oder 2x 90 x 200) sowie einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 2x 80 x 200 oder 1x 160 x 200).

It has a small balcony that invites you to linger and sunbathe.

The living area is nice and bright thanks to the window front. The brightness can be adjusted as desired for a night's sleep using blackout curtains.

In the hallway there is a closet and a place to hang clothes.

Zu weiteren Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören ein Fernseher, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und im Bad ein Föhn.

Vineyard – Kalkofen

The Kalkofen (lime kiln) is located in the “warm slope zone”, a narrow belt along the foothills of the Mittelhaardt. This terrain is characterized by high average temperatures and little precipitation. The soil in the lime kiln is a mixture of lime, loam, marly clay and occasionally limestone rubble. This produces first-class, mineral Riesling wines that are characterized by their fullness and storability.
