This stylish and modern furnished top floor apartment is well laid out and offers a cozy living environment. On the beautiful and sunny south-west-facing balcony you get a magnificent view of the quiet spa gardens and the pond.

The open plan and functional cooking and dining area seats up to 4 people and is fully equipped with induction hotplates, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. For a drink or a snack, you can linger at the wet bar, which is the link between the kitchen and the living area.

The small but nice living area with couch, TV chair, TV and various light sources invites you to relax.

From the sleeping area, which is integrated in a cozy corner of the apartment, you can also make yourself comfortable, watching TV and reading. The large sliding door wardrobe next to the bed offers plenty of space to stow away. In the lovingly designed hallway with stone moldings and ambilight, further built-in wardrobes are skilfully integrated, which provide plenty of storage space.

The daylight bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet offers all necessary comfort.

This is a great location in the area of sun-drenched Mittelhaardt. The vines grow here on clay, Latvians, sand, gravel and sandy loam. The wines produced are varied and you can always rely on them. They preserve their typical varietal character and are pleasant to drink.
