This small but nice 1-room apartment on the 1st floor of the Kurpark-Residenz is equipped with a compact kitchenette including a fridge and 2 hot plates, a dining table, 2 armchairs, a modern shower-bath and a large double bed.
It has its own balcony, which invites you to relax and sunbathe with a wonderful view of the quiet spa gardens.
Through the large window front, the living area is beautifully light. About blackout curtains, the brightness for the night’s sleep can regulate as desired.
In the hallway is a large built-in wardrobe, which provides enough storage space.
Other features of the apartment include a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Wine location – Leinhöhle
The name refers to former flax cultivation. Leinhöhle means something like "flax field on a slope".
The extremely sun-exposed location and the light soils produce very fragrant wines (peach, apricot) with a balanced and ripe acidity. The fine-scented, delicate wines are ideal for expanding into semi-dry wines with a subtle fruity sweetness or powerful, dry wines.
