This small but nice 1-room apartment on the ground floor of the Kurpark-Residenz is equipped with a compact kitchenette including fridge and 2 hotplates, a dining or working table, a modern shower-bath and a large double bed.
It has its own spacious terrace, which invites you to linger and sunbathe with a wonderful view of the quiet spa park.
Through the large window front, the living area is beautifully light. About blackout curtains, the brightness for the night’s sleep can regulate as desired.
In the hallway is a large built-in wardrobe, which provides enough storage space.
Other features of the apartment include a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Wine location – Mäushöhle (mouse cave)
The mouse cave is well protected in a hollow at the foothills of the Palatinate Forest. The name has nothing in common with mice, but rather comes from the personal name „mouse“. Lush soil formations of loess, loam, sandstone and a humus-rich upper class produce full-bodied and aromatic wines with invigorating acidity.
