This comfortable and well-designed 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Kurpark-Residenz.
The spacious living and dining area has an open, but visually separated kitchen, which is equipped with refrigerator, sink, small dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, 2 hotplates and a small oven. The dining area seats 4 people.
The cozy couch invites you to relax, read or watch TV. If necessary and after consultation another person could sleep here. A small work area and other chests of drawers are also available in the living room.
On the large and sunny south-west-facing balcony with a view of the beautiful and peaceful spa park you feel in the middle of the beautiful vegetation.
The master bedroom has a double bed, blackout blinds and a dresser. In the hallway a built-in closet offers further storage space.
The bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet offers all necessary comfort.

The Kieselberg lies on a flat plateau above Deidesheim. The name derives from the soil conditions of this location. The minerality of the pebbles, the easy heatability of the stony soil and the exposure of the location lead to high-ripe grapes and form the basis for elegant, fine fruity wines.
