This small but nice 1-room apartment on the ground floor of the Kurpark-Residenz, house Mandelgarten, is equipped with a compact kitchenette including fridge and 2 hotplates, a dining or working table, a shower-bath and a 1,40m bed.

It has its own spacious terrace, which invites you to linger and sunbathe.

Through the large window front, the living area is beautifully light. About blackout curtains, the brightness for the night’s sleep can regulate as desired.

In the hallway there is a hanging option for clothes and a storage space for a suitcase.

Other features of the apartment include a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle and a hair dryer.

The Grainhübel of Deidesheim faces south and gets the first rays of sun very early in the morning. The location name comes from the typical soil composition, namely the colored sandstone weathering soils of the Rheingrabenbruch. This was formerly called "Grien".
