This compact 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the Kurpark Residence, Haus Paradiesgarten, is equipped with a compact kitchenette including a refrigerator and 2 hotplates, a dining or work table, a shower room, a 1.80m bed and a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40m x 2.00m).

It has a small balcony that invites you to linger and sunbathe.

The living area is nice and bright thanks to the window front. The brightness can be adjusted as desired for a night's sleep using blackout curtains.

In the hallway there is a closet and a place to hang clothes.

Other features of the apartment include a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle and a hair dryer.

Vineyard – Kalkofen

The Kalkofen (lime kiln) is located in the “warm slope zone”, a narrow belt along the foothills of the Mittelhaardt. This terrain is characterized by high average temperatures and little precipitation. The soil in the lime kiln is a mixture of lime, loam, marly clay and occasionally limestone rubble. This produces first-class, mineral Riesling wines that are characterized by their fullness and storability.
