Cancellation policy
If you are unable to start your journey, we ask that you inform us in good time, as we, as a small family business, need a certain amount of advance notice in order to rent out our apartments.
Of course we will try to rent the apartment to someone else. If we succeed in doing this, at least partially, we will of course deduct this from the cancellation costs, so that ideally you will not incur any.
Otherwise the following conditions apply:
Up to 4 weeks before the start of your trip it is free of charge to cancel.
Up to 1 week before the start of your trip we calculate 50% of the pure accommodation costs, i.e. without final cleaning and guest contribution.
If it is less than one week before the start of your trip we calculate 100% of the pure accommodation costs, i.e. without final cleaning and guest contribution.
We ask for your understanding and hope that we do not have to make use of it.
