This compact 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the Kurpark-Residenz, Haus Paradiesgarten, is equipped with a compact kitchenette including refrigerator and 2 hotplates, a dining area, a work table, a shower-bathroom, a 180 x 200 bed (or 2x 90 x 200) and a cozy sofa bed (sleeping area 2x 80 x 200 or 1x 160 x 200).

It has a small balcony that invites you to linger and sunbathe.

The living area is nice and bright thanks to the window front. The brightness can be adjusted as desired for a night's sleep using blackout curtains.

In the hallway there is a closet and a place to hang clothes.

The apartment is also equipped with a TV, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Vineyard – Kalkofen

The Kalkofen (lime kiln) is located in the “warm slope zone”, a narrow belt along the foothills of the Mittelhaardt. This terrain is characterized by high average temperatures and little precipitation. The soil in the lime kiln is a mixture of lime, loam, marly clay and occasionally limestone rubble. This produces first-class, mineral Riesling wines that are characterized by their fullness and storability.
