This modern and very cozy apartment due to its roof location offers a homely feeling of living and a wonderful view of the spa park and the pond. The first-high ceilings provide a very generous sense of space.

The small but fine kitchen with two induction hotplates, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher integrates harmoniously into the open plan apartment. The bar is ideal for a drink.

In the cozy living area with couch and TV chair you can relax and let the day fade away.

A wooden staircase leads to the gallery, the sleeping area under the tent roof. A small place to read or work can also be found on the top level. This entices – due to the high location directly at the window – just let your gaze wander over the roofs of Deidesheim.

The cleverly integrated built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space throughout the apartment to store clothes, etc.

Even in the floor-heated bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet, all utensils can be accommodated in a built-in wardrobe.

The location extends along the Haardt edge, from where warm air flows into the vineyards in the afternoon, thus ensuring an optimal climate. Combined with the soil of red and yellow sandstone clear, pure wines with fine fruit notes and aromas from the Garden of Eden.

For each additional overnight guest we charge 20 € per night.

The city of Deidesheim raises since 01.03.2023 a
guest contribution of 2,50 € per person per night.
The host is obligated to collect this additionally and transfer it to the city of Deidesheim.
